INVESTIGATING

We are seeing intermittent connection problems with SIMS schools caused by timeout errors. Our development team is actively investigating this and working to identify the root cause and implement a resolution as quickly as possible.

MONITORING

Our engineers have identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a fix. We are now releasing this fix to schools in a controlled rollout and are closely monitoring the results as they come through. Further updates will be provided as the rollout progresses.
